Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to getting your Snouty & Co. products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines the details of our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 business hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In times of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Subscription Orders: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all subscription orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • One-Time Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: (Estimated 5-7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping: (Estimated 2-3 business days)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Snouty & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we want to ensure you have a positive experience. Please contact our support team at support@snoutyco.com regarding any delivery issues, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at the customer's expense.
